Click On Your App Store of Choice, otherwise Continue for Direct Download
If your tablet, smartphone or laptop has access to the Google Play Store, Amazon App Store or the Apple App Store, then please click on the icon above to go to the relevant store and download the Curien Hub App and follow the prompts to install the application.
WARNING:
You Must Follow the instructions below for all other Android installations in order for the application to work. Failure to accept ANY of the prompts mentioned in this instruction set can result in the application not seeing your N2 Neuron. Although your Android installation may be slightly different, the concept is the same:
1. Allow the app to be installed
2. Install the app
3. Give the app permissions to do what it needs on your device.

If your Mobile device, tablet or laptop is android based and able to install APK files (most are) then you can click the below link and download our latest APK file directly to your device, via its web browser.

Browser Storage:
Your Chrome or other browser will need permission to access the storage of your device. This will allow the browser to save the file to your internal or sd card storage. Press Continue
Allow your browser access to photos, media and files on your device:
Press Allow
Download the application to your device:
Press Download
Open the download on your device
Press Open

The "Radio Button" should turn from grey to blue, now navigate back to the browser

Navigate back to browser:
Open Application File: (note if this does not appear, navigate to downloads in your browsers settings and look for the file. Install from there)
Install the Application: Press Install
After a successful Installation: Press Open
Load screen: Wait for the home screen to load
SYNC Button *IMPORTANT*: Press the Sync Button on your first boot up.
Location Permissions *IMPORTANT*: Curien does not track you or your devices, however in order for bluetooth to work with your application you must accept the location permission settings otherwise your app will not be able to connect to your N2 Neuron.

SYNC *IMPORTANT*: If you have any N2 Neurons that have been activated from their sleep mode and with batteries installed they will show up in the app once you press the sync button. Please note that if your N2 Neuron is connected to another devices Curien Hub App it will not appear in the sync screen of this device.
